For about 20 years I have explained complicated things to large audiences: on morning radio, on national television, in a government minister's office, and now online.
I started on Lagos radio, anchoring Lagos This Morning on Eko FM and presenting on TopRadio 90.9 as "Azaria" and later on Raypower. I went on to run a radio station in Abuja, lead presentation at a national television channel, and serve as Special Assistant, Digital Media Strategy, to a federal minister.
Along the way I learned to build the tools as well as the message. I have launched websites, subscription products and an online course for American adults over 50, writing the scripts and building the platforms myself.
I work across communications, media relations and digital content.
I recorded the audio editions of the JAMB study text, the novel every candidate for Nigeria’s university entrance examination is examined on. The work runs through JAMB’s Equal Opportunities Group, so candidates with visual impairments sit the same exam on the same terms. The Life Changer in 2024, The Lekki Headmaster in 2025.
